Mitsubishi Power – Technical Translation for Industrial Fire Safety and Power Control Systems

MHPS was a global leader in the design, manufacturing, and servicing of thermal power generation systems, formed in 2014 as a joint venture between Mitsubishi Heavy Industries and Hitachi Ltd.

Technical Translation (Japanese & English to Turkish)
Volume: 2 technical documents – 70+ pages combined

Target Audience: Turkish-speaking engineers and project managers at Grosskraftwerk Mannheim (GKM) 

Mitsubishi Power entrusted our team with the Turkish translation of two high-level technical documents related to the IG-541 Fire Fighting System and GTCC (Gas Turbine Combined Cycle) shutdown and control procedures. These confidential engineering files were part of the documentation delivered for the Takasago Power Plant project in partnership with Grosskraftwerk Mannheim AG, Germany.

o G4-80742_R0: Basic Design Document for IG-541 Fire Fighting System

o S4-96519_R0: Cause & Effect Diagram for gas turbine operations

• Languages: Japanese-English bilingual engineering source → Turkish

🔹Impact 
The translated documents contributed directly to the localization of Mitsubishi Power’s technical deliverables, enabling Turkish project stakeholders to accurately interpret system logic, safety mechanisms, and control sequences—a critical step for safe commissioning and operation of the GTCC plant infrastructure.
